The Historic Roberts Building is a 14,130 GSF three story brick masonry building located in Downtown Valdosta, Georgia.  It is a designated historic building on both a local and national level. The building sat vacant from the mid 1960s until 2006. Roberts Building LLC purchased the building and performed the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse. completed in 2009.  The building’s interior was gutted out due to the roof collapse in the mid 1990s.

The rehabilitation consisted of providing new commercial/retail spaces on the ground floor and 4 residential units each on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The upper floors are accessed via a new elevator and a stair on each end of the building. The restoration consisted of replacing the exterior windows, repairing storefronts and restoring the brick masonry on the exterior and interior.
