  • CELINE H. GLADWIN Architect, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, NCARB

    A registered architect in the states of Georgia and Florida and urban designer, Gladwin has a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. Céline has worked worldwide in partnership with various private and public organizations including the Harvard University School of Design and the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization.

    Gladwin currently serves on the City of Valdosta Historic Preservation Commission and is a former member of the Georgia National Register Review Board and the Greater Lowndes Planning Commission. She maintains memberships in the American Institute of Architects, the Congress of New Urbanism, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Georgia and Florida Historic Trusts.

  • ERIN VAUGHN Architect, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, NCARB

    A registered architect in the states of Georgia and Florida with a Master of Architecture from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Florida, Erin began her architectural career as a summer intern in 2004 working for Barnett Fronczak Barlowe in Tallahassee, Florida. Since then, she became a partner with Gladwin where she leads, designs and produces projects including residential, commercial, and institutional.

    Vaughn maintains memberships in the American Institute of Architects and is involved with local mentorship programs in her community.

  • NATALIE MILKO Interior Designer, IIDA

    A graduate of Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design with a minor in Entrepreneurship, Milko began her professional career upon graduation working for BFB Gladwin Architects in the spring of 2016. She has experience working in facilities planning, from her time as a design assistant at Valdosta State University’s Physical Plant. Milko served as president of VSU’s American Society of Interior Designers, a University Ambassador, and a member of the College of Art’s Dean’s Advisory Council.

  • DOUG WRIGHT Construction Administrator, P.E.

    Doug Wright has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has overseen all aspects of building construction, including project management, supervision, marketing, estimating, and fiscal responsibilities. In addition to having served as Project Executive for most commercial projects at Watkins Construction, Doug was the Project Manager of multiple key projects. He assists Gladwin Vaughn Architecture with cost estimating services, construction administration responsibilities, and document review for quality assurance.
