  • CELINE H. GLADWIN Architect, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, NCARB

    A registered architect in the states of Georgia and Florida and urban designer, Gladwin has a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. Céline has worked worldwide in partnership with various private and public organizations including the Harvard University School of Design and the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization.

    Gladwin currently serves on the City of Valdosta Historic Preservation Commission and is a former member of the Georgia National Register Review Board and the Greater Lowndes Planning Commission. She maintains memberships in the American Institute of Architects, the Congress of New Urbanism, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Georgia and Florida Historic Trusts.

  • ERIN VAUGHN Architect, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, NCARB

    A registered architect in the states of Georgia and Florida with a Master of Architecture from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Florida, Erin began her architectural career as a summer intern in 2004 working for Barnett Fronczak Barlowe in Tallahassee, Florida. Since then, she became a partner with Gladwin where she leads, designs and produces projects including residential, commercial, and institutional.

    Vaughn maintains memberships in the American Institute of Architects and is involved with local mentorship programs in her community.

  • NATALIE MILKO Interior Designer, IIDA

    A graduate of Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Milko began working for BFB Gladwin (the current Gladwin Vaughn Architecture) in the spring of 2016. In addition to customary interior design services, some of Milko’s other responsibilities at Gladwin Vaughn Architecture include producing design and construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD, existing building conditions as-built documentation, drafting, and presentations in a multitude of software including InDesign and Photoshop. Natalie is responsible for furniture and interior finishes selection and produces 3D rendering imagery for current and proposed projects. She is also a talented artist in graphic design, sketching and painting. Natalie’s murals are featured in some of the firm’s historic rehabilitation projects.
