The project included a building addition and interior renovations of the existing Leroy Rogers Senior Center. The project’s goal is to meet the owner and users’ spatial and programmatic requirements while maintaining the building’s architectural integrity by seamlessly incorporating the addition with the existing brick veneer building and its’ standing seam metal roof. Another main component of the project was the provision of a fire protection system in the existing facility and building addition.

The 4,500 square feet building addition provided dedicated rooms and areas for daily activities functions and programs such as a bridge room, art room and library media room and dining area. The existing 7800 sq. foot building received new flooring, paint and ceiling finishes as well.
