The Roberts Building Lofts were part of the  rehabilitation of The Historic Roberts Building project completed in 2009. It is a designated historic building on both a local and national level.  The three story brick masonry building underwent a complete restoration, while preserving the exterior brick masonry walls and interior timber column structure. The exterior improvements consisted of new exterior windows and restoring the brick masonry on interior and exterior.  The interior was completely reconstructed with new systems and a new elevator and stairs to serve the 4 residential units on the second and third floors ( 8 total units).
